This session led by ACID, is intended to cover a basic introduction into the various IP rights and their use in IP protection, enforcement and exploitation. The session will be interactive and wherever possible will use case studies to demonstrate a link to learning. Tips, practical advice and fact sheets will accompany each session. There will also be a short introduction to the UK’s leading IP, design and campaigning organisation, Anti Copying in Design (ACID).
Dids Macdonald CEO of ACID will be accompanied by an IP lawyer for this session.
