29th August - 2nd September

Showcase Opportunity

We’re looking for Creatives to showcase their talents at the annual celebration of Mela, the South Asian arts and culture festival.

This year marks the 30th anniversary since the first Mela was held in the UK, taking place in Nottingham in 1988. As part of the 30th anniversary celebrations, New Art Exchange and The Big House are looking for Creatives to perform and deliver workshops on the final day of the festival. The Big House will have a dedicated space to showcase the talent of participants who have engaged with the creative and digital business support project.

We want to hear from any artistic performers, dancers, musicians and creative workshop leaders who are interested in taking part in the opportunity and can demonstrate links to the themes of the festival.
